For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

PakPop strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend Accounts pending satisfactory verification.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details we may reasonably request. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or joint Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where PakPop identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual, all such Accounts may be closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled and any Balance (including winnings) may be voided.
You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. PakPop does not represent that the Services are legally available in your location.
🇵🇰 Pakistan Users: If you are based in Pakistan, you acknowledge that gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation. You accept full personal responsibility for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with local law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. PakPop shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify PakPop immediately via live chat or by contacting our support team. We will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification.
You agree that all transactions, bets and game activity carried out through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility. Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or applicable game rules.
The Platform supports Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the primary account currency. Where amounts are displayed in PKR, they reflect the balance and transaction value at the time of the relevant transaction. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by PakPop at its discretion.
Deposits may be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. PakPop does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method. References to payment services familiar in Pakistan — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for context only and do not constitute a representation that those services support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions through PakPop.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. PakPop reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account or otherwise verified by PakPop. Before a withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of PakPop's compliance team. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe displayed on the Platform at the time of the request, subject to verification checks.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Withdrawal of cash funds prior to meeting a Wagering Requirement may result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
Where PakPop has reasonable grounds to believe that a deposit or withdrawal is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful conduct, PakPop reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold funds and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
From time to time, PakPop may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered in full the specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering Requirements are calculated on the Bonus Fund amount unless stated otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
PakPop reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, collusion or any other form of manipulation has occurred. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at PakPop's sole discretion following investigation.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. Cash funds are not subject to expiry but may be subject to inactivity provisions under clause 12 of these Terms.
All bets are subject to PakPop's acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. PakPop reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded or where a technical error has affected the displayed odds.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, payouts or any other aspect of the Services, PakPop reserves the right to correct the error and settle or void affected bets accordingly. This applies regardless of whether the error was apparent to the user at the time the bet was placed.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL T20, ICC tournaments), football, UFC/MMA and other events — are offered subject to individual market rules. Settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body. PakPop does not endorse or imply affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL, ICC or any other sporting body.
Casino games, live dealer tables and instant games are provided by third-party software studios. Game rules, RTPs (Return to Player percentages) and payout structures are governed by the individual game provider. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
You agree that you will not, at any time:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (no login, no transaction) may be classified as dormant. PakPop reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, provided this is disclosed in advance. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution process prescribed by the applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where applicable law requires it or where interim relief is necessary to protect your interests.
